As Chief Compliance, Privacy and Risk Officer (CCPRO) of Quick Med Claims, Charlotte Nafziger is responsible for corporate governance, risk and compliance efforts and general compliance oversight of the entire organization. She began her healthcare career in 1999 and until 2011, served in a variety of revenue cycle operations leadership roles and focused on the healthcare sector since then where she has led three compliance programs as Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer. Charlotte obtained her bachelor’s degree in business from Letourneau University and is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) and Healthcare Privacy Compliance (CHPC.)
