As Territory Sales Manager at Quick Med Claims, Billy Hayes is responsible for helping ambulance transport providers identify revenue recovery solutions for their services. Billy brings more than 30 years of EMS experience to his work, including twice serving as a municipal Fire Chief, was the Fire Marshal for the University of South Alabama, and Director of Community Affairs for the D.C. Fire and EMS Department and the Georgia State Fire Marshal’s Office. He graduated from the Georgia Military College and has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University in Alabama. He completed the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program, holds a Certificate in Local Government Management from the University of Georgia, and has served as President of the Metro Atlanta Fire Chiefs Association and Chairman of the Board for the Georgia Firefighters Burn Foundation in past years.
