QMC takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and prompt responses to all inquiries. As your billing provider, your service will be assigned both a dedicated Billing Director and Account Manager who will be your main contact for all day-to-day communications.  Additionally, our leadership team will always be there to assist you.  However, we encourage you to use your assigned Account Manager and Billing Director as much as possible.

We recognize that your organization has options available to them when choosing an organization to address their revenue cycle management services.  QMC is known throughout the industry for providing top-notch customer service.  For this reason, all of your key contacts within our organization will have direct dial numbers so you don’t have to go through multiple prompts and personnel to pose your question or inquiry.  Our leadership also encourages our staff to use direct communication for critical conversations over voice mail or email as much as possible. 

All of Quick Med Claims customer inquiries are managed by our staff in Pittsburgh, Danville, PA, Ansonia, CT, Kansas City or Cromwell, CT.  QMC does not off-shore our billing or customer service operation.  QMC is proud to invest in America.
