QMC offers a benefit package to our employees after a 90-day probationary period that includes the following:
Flexible Work Schedules
QMC employees have the ability to work flexible work schedules, which may include working four 10-hour days and having one day off during the week. We also offer flexibility during the work week given our hours of operation. Monday through Friday, we open at 6:30 a.m. Our closing times vary:
- Monday and Tuesday: 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Wednesday and Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
- Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Time Off
QMC also offers a casual work environment with the following paid holidays:
- New Year’sDay
- Half Day on Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving
- The Day After Thanksgiving
- Christmas
In addition, QMC offers paid vacation, as well as sick and personal time which accrues on a quarterly basis and increases each year with a maximum allotment of 120 total hours.
