Quick Med Claims is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a competitive wage and benefit package for its employees. The program is reviewed and updated annually based on the needs of the employees and the position of the company. QMC offers a benefit package to our employees after a 90-day probationary period that includes the following:

Flexible Work Schedules
QMC employees have the ability to work flexible work schedules, which may include working four 10-hour days and having one day off during the week. We also offer flexibility during the work week given our hours of operation. Monday through Friday, we open at 6:30 a.m. Our closing times vary:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 6:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday and Thursday: 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Time Off
QMC also offers a casual work environment with the following paid holidays:

  • New Year’sDay
  • Half Day on Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • The Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

In addition, QMC offers paid vacation, as well as sick and personal time which accrues on a quarterly basis and increases each year with a maximum allotment of 120 total hours.
